My partner and I came for breakfast this morning. We ordered a Latte, Diet Coke, a vegetarian breakfast and a make it your own way breakfast on the app. The food took about 20 minutes to come and when it did I asked after the drinks which hadn’t made an appearance to be told it’s self service for the drinks. The fizzy drinks machine was not working and I couldn’t get the attention of any staff to ask about how to solve this problem. The food was much worse than I was expecting. Everything was cold. The hash browns were raw in the middle and my egg had a few hairs on it. I was very disappointed and we both left hungry. My partner wanted to complain but we couldn’t see any staff around. Won’t be returning.

The service was horrible and rude. we saw 2 men get shouted at for asking if they serve food. I bought a sausage bacon and scrambled egg breakfast and the scrambled egg was forgotten and took ages to come so the toast was cold I wanted to eat them both but I could not unless I spend some more I know it's cheap but it's not okay to treat customers like that

I visit this cafe because my it’s convenient for my father-in-law . However every visit is painful - wait for food is at least half an hour and the quality is appalling. Just today I had to take my breakfast back as the hash brown was still half frozen !!!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER VISITING !!!!

Such a shame, the staff problems was evident the last 3 visits. Never got everything you want as out of stock (maybe walk 1 min up the right isle & get it lol) 2 staff on which isn’t enough for the size & customer footfall. Needs a manager & some training, as breakfast is just warm & missing items! Having said that, the poor girl on the till that has to tell you it’s a 45 min wait is always very polite.

Awful. The staff act like they don't want you in there!! I visited here with my autistic son. The young man serving at the counter today needs some immediate customer service training. Very rude and disorganized. Whilst serving me he kept disappearing into the kitchen to argue with other staff about breaks. The food was awful. Undercooked and inedible, hair in food 🤢there was a lady who seemed new who was very lovely and tried to help but not much she could do when still learning the ropes. I will not be returning.
