Lis May1 StarWill not use again after today's experience. Went to pay at the pump no problem. Noticed on my online banking the 2 transactions have gone out. 1 for my petrol and 1 for £100.00.
When I spoke to customer services was informed that this is normal practice and once my petrol transaction has cleared this £100 will go back in my account. Apparently it used to be £1 but this has now changed. I did not give permission for the £100 to be taken and only completed one transaction at the pump.
