Replaced the water pump (situated behind the drivers side front wheel on the engine) on my Toyota a week ago and just noticed a missing wheel nut on the wheel that will have needed to be removed to complete the job. Called up to let them know and ask what we can do to fix it and was met by an extremely rude and immediately defensive member of staff who refused to give me his name and refused to transfer me to the garage owner. I was very happy with the repair to the engine but unfortunately the response to a problem with their work was shocking. Have just taken the car to the garage round the corner from my house who have said that 2 of the other wheel nuts were loose as well. Won’t be going back here.

Honest and reliable! I've been using Mount Garage for years and always found them to be honest, reliable and helpful. They've never "upsold" unnecessary work, nor have they done work without prior consultation. I've always found them to be utterly trustworthy. Really wish I could add another review for this company but Google doesn't allow it sadly. So I'll update it; had an oil leak and was concerned about it. Took my van to the garage and they fixed it for me. They're a garage and only doing what they're supposed to, so why the review? Over the years I've found them to be trustworthy and upfront, helpful and friendly. Nobody enjoys the stress of an unwell vehicle and the cost if repairs, bit going to Mount Garage has certainly taken out the anxiety of it all for me. If you're looking for a genuine place to care for your car, look no further. This small, independent garage is PERFECT.

Should have left a review a while ago! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and actually fix the problem(s) with my car as opposed to fobbing me off or trying to sting me. Highly recommended and simply the best garage I've ever used! I don't say this lightly.

Honest, reliable garage. Russ was the master technician at Ewell Honda for many years. There's not much he doesn't know about modern engines. Not the cheapest of garages, but that just means that they don't need to play silly tricks after luring you in with a cheap estimate. Communication is excellent and work is completed to a high standard. Just what you want from your garage.
