We spent 2 nights here in the room with its own entrance. The room was compact but contained everything we needed with top ups easily available from the kitchen. The location was perfect, on the edge of the town but within easy walking distance of the seafront, shops and walking trails. The staff are helpful and friendly and breakfast varied and plentiful.

Stayed for 2 nights room very clean bed very comfy shower lovely and hot towels nice and white. Breakfast continental loads to chose from all fresh. Host lovely man was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again 10/10

Where does one start? In a word, horrendous! We arrived to be greeted by a random gentleman who seemed interested in my car, but didn’t make it clear who he was. Was he the owner, manager or random chap? Perhaps the owner was in his other business which he runs (the convenience store attached to the property) Another chap then showed us to the room which was large, but furnished with arguably charity shop chairs, table and lamps! The decor was somewhat depressing, but each to their own! The bed was comfy, it did however have a blood stain on it! I guess we should have reported that! The owner / manager ( we think he was) didn’t really offer a welcome, but seemed only interested in payment! The property as a whole was dark, tired and certainly one of the worst places I have been in. We paid for two nights, but wanted to leave there and then! Unfortunately, everywhere in the locality was full, so we decided to give it a go for the night! Sheringham was lovely and we are out at a lovely local pub! The real “piece de resistance” came at breakfast! …. Tiny room and weak, undrinkable tea offered! The continental breakfast was limited! By far the most horrendous part of this stay was the initial “ random chap” appeared again snd simply stared at us throughout breakfast!!! Fawlty Tower? No, that would be too kind! I can honestly say, this was the worst place I have stayed in over 30 years! We left after one night!!! We are both in shock that places like this exist! It’s all very well the owner posting a good review, there are just as many bad ones I could have used as an example!

Great location to visit Sheringham, 5 walk to town. 5 minute drive to Cromer. We stayed in a twin room which was comfortable and adequate, good shower. No nice view though sadly. Breakfast served 8.30am - 9.30am which is continental only, we did not see this as we left early. The use of the kitchen was handy.

There is no reception, no bar, and no restaurant, it is more of a motel, the rooms were adequate, there is a small communal kitchen and dining room where you are supposed to prepare your own meals, including the breakfast. Parking is tight, especially if you have a large vehicle.
