Classes are based on the aerobic legs, bums and tums programmes. Move 2 Music is freestyle choreography to specially chosen and mixed Music 4 Moves.
Each routine is gradually built up until you are almost dancing at 70% of your individual maximum heart rate (MHR).
It’s just like the old days – a 10 o’clock disco, only in the morning!

julie hunt5 StarI love Amanda’s classes. They always make me feel so good afterwards.
I am not very coordinated and really not very good at the any of the exercises but it doesn’t matter. It’s so nice just to go along and join in. It’s hard work but fun. I think everyone should try these classes.Sunday 26th June 2022
