Tom H5 StarJoined Complete Active when the gyms opened back up. First time doing CrossFit, it’s great having the workouts programmed for you, instructors are super friendly, knowledgeable and give you time to ensure you are doing everything properly. Good variety of classes, even team ones which has been great fun, classes are a good size and suitable for all abilities as the instructors tailor it to each person abilities/injuries etc. Definitely been a great change from the traditional gym and can’t recommend it enough!Thursday 20th May 2021
fluffy headorca5 StarIn my experience so far Complete Active is a great place to work out it's not your average gym. But that's not what you're paying for its the friendly instructors coaching you through the predesigned workouts which they adjust to your ability. If I go to a normal gym I have no clue what I'm doing this place fixes that problem 👍Monday 17th May 2021
