SJ is brilliant! As a runner I visit her when I've had niggles, for maintenance and after races. She really knows her stuff and has a multitude of tools and techniques to help with all sorts of problems. I always walk out feeling great - half because of the massage and half because SJ is so lovely; body and spirits are always lifted :D

SJ is absolutely fantastic. I went today after recently starting weightlifting and finding I had some tightness in my shoulders, and she sorted me right out! She introduced the technique of dry cupping too which I had not experienced before, but has such an impressive effect. She really knows her stuff, and on top of that is probably the loveliest person you will ever meet! Friendly and professional, she made me feel totally at ease and talked me through everything. She clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience and I would thoroughly recommend seeing her for a massage whether you do sports or have an injury or have simply been sitting at a desk too long! Thank you so much SJ, I'll be back soon!

Was recommended by a friend to see SJ after a number of weeks suffering from chronic back pain. She was able to diagnose and treat the injury and gave me advice on how to continue to treat it. She explained what she thought was wrong in an easy to understand way and how she was going to treat it. The pain has eased massively since and I will definitely be booking in with her again soon. Can’t recommend enough !

I’ve been to plenty of places and no one could figure out the cause of my back pain! SJ literally solves the problem within minutes of me walking into her clinic and I’ve been so much better since! Would recommend her above any other massage therapists, chiropractor or anything else!
