alan priestley5 StarExcellent roofing company. l had a leaking roof repaired by them nearly a year ago. Has been fully tested with all the weather we have had. Heavy rain, high winds, Excellent job, had no problems. From Nick coming to give us a quote for the work to be done. l would say he is Friendly, Honest, knowledgeable and Reliable. He gave me options and a very reasonable price. Colin who did the repair. He worked so hard every day, friendly, approachable, and Chelsea in the office who kept us informed and updated on the work. I would highly rate this firm, and they would be my first choice for any future work. I have been let down in the past by many roofing firms, but not NB Roofing. They are Great. TheDreamingCat4 StarI had some work done recently with NB Roofing and overall, happy with the result of the work. There were a few delays and the time estimated for the jobs was inaccurate. Communication was an issue sometimes as well. In the end though they did the work to a great standard and I am satisfied with the results.Wednesday 2nd August 2023
Harriett Starbuck5 StarI contacted n&b for a quote for my front door to be replaced a few months ago and within a few days I got one back , I then contacted them a 3-4 months later to ask of the quote still available or if I could get a new one and get the work done. They kept the price the same ans came and did my door a month later as soon as the door I picked myself had got to their warehouse. The customer service I got with Chelsea was outstanding making sure I got and was happy with the services provided. The two gentlemen that came were so polite and made sure all my furniture in the area was covered and protected. They were very kind and professional and cleared up after themselves once the work was done and even showed me how to use my lock and didn’t leave until I was happy I knew what I was doing! Colin and his team worked hard to overcome the challenges that the job entailed, including an after hours call out when a change in the weather caused a problem.

Didn't even acknowledge it. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Left his bucket there for ages unattended also.Wednesday 19th April 2023
