I had a really annoying clunking sound coming from what I thought was the front suspension, on both sides, when driving over potholes / ruts in the road (of which there are too many these days!). Took the car to 3 separate garages, including main dealer who could hear the noise but were unable to diagnose the root cause. I went to N&G, who spent a whole day investigating the source of the sound. It was found to be rattling front brake pads, which I had replaced a few months earlier to a set of non-OEM pads. They fitted OEM pads and the noise seems to have gone. So very relieved! They didn't charge me for the full day of investigation, just for the pads and a little extra for time spent. Had a loan car also, so it was all very convenient. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough! Very professional and committed. Would definitely go to N&G again!

If you don't enjoy being ripped off by the overpriced alternatives then give NG a visit and enjoy good friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. You'll be treated like a customer not a mug, and they don't ask for a 5 star rating before you leave either.

Huge job. Flywheel on an A6 auto. Dropped it off at 8 and was given a loan car, back at 5pm all done! Great price. Can't thank these gents. enough!
