Terrible!! Don't use this company! Ordered paling in May still no delivery. Don't answer the phone, can't leave a message. Responded once to an email query but since then nothing!! Have cancelled my order. Very luckily did not pay anything!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered over £700 worth of natural fencing from them back in march 2021 and we still haven't received the order march 2022. tried to get in touch to be told it would arrive in a couple of weeks, nothing. tried getting in touch again, doesn't pick up. doesn't respond to emails. now considering taking them to court to retrieve our money. absolute crook!

This man is a thief. He took my money for fencing in April 2021. Despite numerous dates promised, my goods have not been delivered, and I don't expect them to be. Like others have found out, he is a complete crook. He takes your money, and does not deliver the goods. He NEVER answers the phone, and the premises is locked, so you cannot turn up and demand to speak to him. It takes about 3 weeks for him to reply to emails, if at all. I am having to take him through the small claims court to get my money back. DO NOT USE HIM, HE IS A THIEF. UPDATE 3-3-22. I finally got a refund, nearly 1 year after he took my money, and he did the refund 2 days before the local court imposed a County Court Judgement upon him. I'm pleased to get my money back, plus interest and he was forced by the courts to pay the court fees. Anyone else owed money I'd strongly advise you to chase him through the small claims court to get your refund. And I sincerely hope that Suffolk Trading Standards do their job and close him down, again!

We ordered panels in 2020, received them after two month delay. Excellent quality so we ordered more for an extension of fence in 2021. No panels received after five months and many promises that they would be delivered 'next week.' Then the communication stopped and we couldn't reach them by phone or email. Beware. I suspect they are no longer trading after reading similar reviews here.

We ordered our Hazel fence panels in April. After numerous phone calls, not returned, a number of emails, none replied to after a promise of delivery in May, we asked for our money back. It is now 6 months after we placed the order!! Still no communication, no hurdle fences, half a garden project still to complete and no offer of a refund. We must I fear pursue this through the small claims court. Please think twice before you buy from this company. Order number #10521.
