J M1 Star"I want to report a complaint regarding a negative experience with a NatWest cashier named Joe Doe. During my recent visit to the branch located at Staines High Street, I encountered Joe who handled my transaction. I wanted to withdraw
Approximately £4000 cash of my life savings to just purchase some
Euros at a different foreign currency with a good rate for a holiday with my partner. However, Joe became very personal and insensitive when it came to my request. She asked me intimidating questions for about 30-40 minutes, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I showed her proof of why I needed the cash and even my identification, and I clearly stated that this wasn't a scam and nobody was trying to scam me. However, she didn't seem to believe me and was very rude and adamant. I felt belittled and disrespected by her attitude towards me. I think the customer service at this branch needs a lot of improvement, especially in the case of Joe Doe's behavior. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed promptly."
