Alison5 StarVery friendly and knowledgeable engineers. They took my car out for a run to further enable them to assess the problem I've had for well over a year. Sorted it in less than a day and showed me what the issue had been. Gear box smoother, steering more responsive, I'm extremely pleased with the result. And at a competitive price too. Sylvia B1 StarI had a bad experience with them. I had my car towed to Naylors as they were the closest to where I broke down. They told me that they were busy but I never expected to wait 2 weeks for my car to be ready. Very bad communication, and I got the car back with the under engine covet undertray on the back seat . They charged a 5* price for a 1* service. I used them for MOT the previous years but after this never again.Monday 27th June 2022
