Through lockdown they have put on virtual classes to keep everyone motivated and virtual social events to keep everyone connected. I’ve never been to a gym that cares so much about it’s members. Best gym in MK."

Luke Wilkinson5 StarI visited Energie fitness centre whilst away with work, the gym was very modern with an excellent choice of equipment. It’s a shame I was only here for one day as I’d have definitely been back for another workout! Claire behind the desk was very accommodating even showing me around the gym floor upon arrival!Monday 25th April 2022

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Family atmosphere. Very good classess. This gym hosts many many charity events around fitness. Due to the all glass building plenty of natural light floods in. They have made fantastic use of their outside space and their inside space. There are no egos in this gym. People come here to better themselves in whatever wayvthey are comfortable in. Highly reccomend you join this gym. I have not given it 5 stars because there is no pool and I love swimming.Tuesday 24th May 2022

Dean Lander5 StarBeen at this gym few years now and Rob and Claire have always been welcoming and friendly, they give great advice when needed and always there for support. I suffer with mental health ADHD and Anxiety I can honestly say everything about this gym including the staff help with this and I feel I am never judged or laughed at. There was two staff members before who I felt was not professional at all rather rude but that's why there most probably not there now. Been to 6 gym's in my ten year training and these are the best , don't take allot to say hello as you enter and they do this all the time. Staff now are all amazing. Great people through out. 10/10Sunday 9th January 2022
