Great place to stay at holiday cottage in Nettleton Grange the views are great loads of paths to walk the host are warm friendly(dogs) so are the owners

I've looked after my horses myself for the last 11 years, after looking after my mum whilst she had cancer, still working full time (luckily my boss gave me permission to work from my mums), then losing her, losing my old dog and living alone through covid, i needed to give myself a break, but I needed to find a livery yard with people looking after my horses as i would. Friends recommended Claire and John at Nettleton Grange. Claire was very welcoming to me and my horses, and put me at ease immediately. My horses have been there 2 weeks now, and i can tell by their relaxed manner when i go to see them that they are loving this break as much as me. They have good sized stables and paddocks, stables are properly mucked out daily and regular haynets given. The land which Nettleton Grange sits on is stunning, access is freely given and it's easy to ride for 2-3 hours without needing to go on a road. I planned to have a 3 week break, but i see how happy the horses are, so I've decided to extend that 3 week break to 2 months. With the riding environment being so good, I've ridden more times in a fortnight than i have all winter. All i can say is, 5 star facilities and 5 star care from Claire and her team.
