The roof service was ok at first time but on my second time I found the team very unprofessional with timings. Made me wait half an hour yesterday to find out that they forgot the appointment and today as well same thing, i waited too long. I have been taking time off from work for the appointments and not everyone has a lot of free times. I hope you take this seriously and not lightly to improve on your customer service.
