Have used this restaurant many times over many years and always used to be very good. However, service recently has gone massively downhill. Last night's order took 2 hours, despite being quoted an hour. When I phoned after an hour and a half to enquire was told "5 minutes", they clearly hadn't checked and were rude about it, I get it can get busy, but provide an update and be polite about it isn't too much to ask. Also when it did arrive there were two naan breads missing, after waiting 2 hours couldn't be bothered to phone and complain. Service really poor, will never use again.

Excellent Vindaloo very tender lamb! I really like the lemon and nutty rice. Food arrive hot with all containers sealed, they even gave me a free beer 👍 top guys!

Really poor experience and service. Placed an order at 5:15, called restaurant 5 times and each time they said the delivery driver is on his way. At 8pm called for the 5th time and they said they are still cooking. Staff were very rude on the phone and didn’t apologise once. Had to cancel order at 8pm as had no faith it would arrive. I wouldn’t use the restaurant again. The whole experience was very upsetting and ruined a nice day with my family visiting.

Ordered a takeaway at the restaurant. I sat and waited for almost 1 hour for a curry,rice and chips when it eventually was given to me it was wrong! Sent it back and everything else was cold. No opologies from anyone. I will not be ordering from here again.

My wife and I just ordered a takeaway of two chicken madras's with rice. The rice was so soggy that there was a pool of water at the bottom of our dishes and the madras was as spicy as it should be but had zero flavour. Don't waste your money. Not good enough for thirty pounds.
