They accepted my wife's coat for cleaning and have shrunk it, stained it and made the edge trim brittle. It is unrepairable and they are doing all they can to avoid paying us compensation. Legally they have a duty of care. I recommend that you DO NOT take your items for cleaning here.

If I could give no stars that is what I would do. Absolute piss poor customer service. My friend walked in after calling very politely and explaining the item she received back from the cleaners was not treat with respect. It came back 2 shades darker with wet patches on the front and the back and snags/pulls on the shoulder. When she walked in on Saturday she was in a very good mood, The sun was shining she was excited to just get it over with but the utter DISRESPECT she was met with from the minute the lady serving her realized she was the lady that had called previously to submit a complaint. Oh my god, I never. She cut her off! would not listen! the tone of her voice was very condescending. I had to bite my tongue so I didn't pipe up in the background! Just fill out this complaint form. Did not listen at all! I am so astounded with her attitude. They basically shrugged her off (This is a nearly 100 pound jacket she was so excited to treat herself and buy!!!) "We'll tell a manager to contact you. 2 Weeks" Now she's called me upset, got no answers as to why it will take so long, same rude behavior and the lady cut her off again!!! After looking at previous reviews I can see why they're so goddamn rude! They're awful!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Under no circumstances should anyone use this service. Please be aware that after destroying an expensive rug they have done all they can to avoid accepting the complaint and offering any compensation. Surely a service where they are taking peoples personal items should have some indemnity insurance? I have taken my complaint to the Trading Standards Office and advise anyone else who has had a bad experience with this dry cleaners to do the same, why should they be able to continue running a business in such a way.

Surprised to read bad feedback then I suppose the normally only people that have a complaint bother to leave feedback. Excellent service good prices and never been a problem. I never leave 5 stars as there is always some improvement somewhere to be made.

Been using them regularly for 13 years with no problems for my husbands suits, ties, our duvets etc. Cheapest in the area. Surprised by the negative reviews.
