All of the things being said here, the actual Google reviews (not the company reviews) are true!!! Quality of life of the residents is not kept, residents are not treated like humans, they are simply cash-cows for the company executives. I don’t know how they sleep at night running such a sham of a ‘care’ home. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT put your elderly relatives here in this home, or any Colton home for that matter!

Poor place of work Nurse VERONICA L will bully to so badly to the point the company will fire you for being the victim! Also happened to a friend in another colten care home in Blandford. Sacked for being bullied. Residents forced into bed before 7pm even if they say no. They let 3 different agency workers at 1 time force a dementia resident to do something they dont want to.. So wrong when they pay more then £2000 a week to live there. Shower once a week have meals taken off them when not finished. Left falling out of wheelchairs ect.

One of the staff members hit my car in my own drive. Called at least 5 times and no contact back. Clearly incompetent. Still never sorted utterly useless.
