Moving house can be an incredibly stressful time. We've used other agents previously before, who were fine but Newton Huxley set a whole new standard. Chris and his team (special mention to James) have been so supportive, right from the initial instruction, through viewings and the whole process after. They have offered a consultative service, always made time to answer our many questions, provided honest, expert advice on how to manage different situations all with a positive, calm, can-do attitude. I used NH for an East Molesey purchase and was really impressed with Chris and the team. Chris steered the process well, was always accessible and responded quickly to answer general house moving questions and queries relating to the purchase. When it came to crunch time – ie exchange – he was patient, efficient and good natured, which I particularly appreciated. I’ve used a few estate agents in my time, and my experience with NH was one of the best. This says a lot because moving house is quite an undertaking – especially in the wake of a pandemic.
