My favourite shop always find something that I like and usually buy. Clothes priced reasonable, shop set up so you can scan to see what you like. Staff very helpful, if goods not in stock usually ordered and delivered in store in a couple of days. Then when you’ve finished shopping you can further relax within the coffee shop inside Next. Brilliant x

Located on a small retail park near the centre of Clacton on Sea. Offers a wide range of clothing for the entire family, clothing can be a bit expensive but the quality is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Upstairs is a Costa Coffee show and outside is free parking for up to 2 hours.

I went all the outlet today only to be told it was closed due to it needing to be deep cleaned , When I pointed out they could have been put on the website to let customers know I was told there's no point we can just tell you when you get here, The staff were very rude and to be honest she looked like she needed a deep clean herself , very poor service and wont be going back

To get upstairs I need the lift but I have to run the gauntlet between the racks. I walk with sticks. It must be worse for wheelchair users. I have mentioned it to staff who are aware of it but NOTHING has changed.
