Nick first joined NFU Mutual over nine years ago, and joined the Huntingdon agency in 2014. He has experience in all NFU Mutual's insurance products, and he specialises in commercial business insurance for both existing and prospective clients. Nick is committed to providing excellent customer service, and will be happy to visit you to review your insurance needs. Nick is also the NFU Group Secretary and is more than happy to assist with membership enquires along with any issues members may wish to raise. Kerri joined the agency in January 2017 from a former career in commercial banking where she has many years’ experience working with a wide range of local businesses from a range of sectors including agriculture. Kerri has a passion for establishing strong working relationships and providing the highest level of service. She can deal with many types of insurance but specialises in farm and commercial business insurance; through face to face contact in the office or at your premises. She can tailor the cover to meet your needs and also assist with any queries you have on health and safety, risk management and financial services. Kerri is also the NFU Assistant Group Secretary and is more than happy to assist with membership enquires along with any issues members may wish to raise. Heidi joined the Huntingdon agency in January 2020 having previously worked in other agencies since 2002.  Heidi brings many years’ experience in various roles including Customer Service and Account Management.  Heidi can assist you with your motor, personal, commercial and farming enquiries.  She is also a Financial Service Qualifier so can arrange for you to meet with Stephen Cummins, an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser or arrange for you to speak to a qualified adviser over the phone. Laura joined the Huntingdon agency in 2017 having previously spent 12 years with the Bedford office. She can assist you with your motor, personal, commercial and farming enquiries. Laura is a Financial Services Qualifier and can also arrange for you to meet with Stephen Cummins, an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser, or arrange for you to speak to a qualified adviser over the phone. Ben joined the agency in October 2021 having previously worked in the general insurance industry for almost 10 years as an account handler and underwriter.  He is looking forward to building relationships with businesses to understand their insurance needs.  Ben can also arrange for you to meet an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser, Stephen Cummins, or arrange for you to speak to a qualified adviser over the phone. Celia joined our office in October 2016, after working in the banking industry for over 30 years. She has many years’ experience in home insurance and will be able to assist you with all your account queries, along with all personal and motor policies. Celia is a Financial Services Qualifier and can also arrange for you to meet Stephen Cummins, an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser, or arrange for you to speak to a qualified adviser over the phone. Gary joined the Huntingdon agency in September 2021 having previously worked in customer service, management and administration roles in a variety of different industries.  Gary has a real passion for helping and delivering exceptional customer service and will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have relating to your Personal insurances.  Gary can also arrange for you to meet an NFU Mutual Financial Adviser, Stephen Cummins, or arrange for you to speak to a qualified adviser over the phone. Steve is our NFU Mutual Financial Adviser and will be delighted to meet with you and offer expert advice on aspects of financial planning. Steve joined NFU Mutual in 2014 having spent 16 years working in financial services for a variety of different organisations. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and qualifications all of which he uses to provide our customers with clear, structured guidance. If you need friendly advice with regards to your protection, pensions or investments, Steve will gladly arrange a convenient time to see you.
