I chose Nicholsons to sell our house as Alex was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic when he came to value the property. Unfortunately we didn’t get our original asking price but this was not due to Alex as in the first weeks a lot of people were shown round . The market is not easy at the moment so we were happy to accept his advice to lower the price. He has been very helpful throughout the process and kept us informed of all progress . We have now exchanged contracts and are due to complete in two days. My husband and I are very happy with the service we have had throughout the past few months and would recommend Nicholsons to others wanting to sell a property .

The most professional estate agent I have ever seen. Alex is super efficient and responsive. He always stands by for us and responds with solid answers in few minutes. He even helps communicate with my solicitor, surveyor and mortgage broker to speed up the progress. We complete the deal in a short period of time, which is totally out of our expectation. Best service ever.
