Asked for a long bob. I said it multiple times even showing pictures. She did not listen and cut my hair short. Too busy talking to her colleague instead of the job at hand.

Thankyou Nikki for my quick hair appointment and lifting my hair colour out that was black, you know my hair so well and you know what I like and give the results I need. A few months late, but better that than never! Nikki was absolutely amazing and so professional in her field. She accommodated for me by opening an hour early on a saturday. As someone who doesn't like other people touching my hair, she did everything amazingly and exactly as I wanted it, I have recommended her to others and if and when needed I would definitely go back to her.
