I’m really surprised with these one star reviews. I’m sending and receiving parcels a few times a month and have never had any issues. The shop is open until late, it is very convenient for people who work long hours, and the staff are always super polite. What more could you ask for?

Went to pick up a Parcel from Hype today at this store. The man was very rude and denied that the Royal Mail tracked item had been delivered yesterday and that I would need a Yodel code. He said my parcel was too big and had been rejected. I had proof of delivery and a signature. After much grief he agreed to look again… and like magic my parcel appeared. Although apparently they aren’t allowed to accept Royal Mail parcels, so I will be updating Hype and asking them to remove them from the stores to deliver to. I will never use this store again.
