We were recommended this place by another mechanic. The service desk was very unhelpful, not interested in finding out what we needed, their main concern was telling us that they are very busy and that they charge over 100 pounds an hour. They didn't try and listen to us, to find out what service we needed. We spent a lot longer than we needed to before he listened enough to direct us to the relevant person. One star. Lucy in the parts department was great though. She was very helpful, understood the issue, and although she couldn't directly help us she did give us some great advice and really saved us. She gets five stars.
