We were extremely pleased we chose Nigel from NJC Property Maintenance to fit our bi folding doors recently. From the outset, Nigel was professional and advised us what to look for and what to avoid to get the best out of the space available. His price was competitive and combined with his expertise we had no doubts about giving him the go ahead. The job took 3 days (as promised) and was carried out in a friendly, tidy and easy manner. The end product has literally changed how we use the space and the quality of the fit is exceptional. Nigel's workmanship, expertise and advice are second to none and left to our our devices we would have certainly gone for the wrong doors. Thanks for a great job!

Nigel has done a few jobs for my business, everything from fixing the front door handle at short notice to designing and building a posture machine. Hard working, professional, polite and skilled. Nigel tackled a number of projects for me including Plastering, Plumbing and Joinery and got everything done in a day, leaving no mess behind and working to a phenomenal standard. Really impressed, great value service would highly recommend!

To Whom it may concern I first used Nigel of NJC on the recommendation of my parents. They have used him for many years for numerous jobs at a Nursing home they run. This gave me great confidence to call Nigel in for a problem I had in our attic at home with an electrical socket. It didn’t take Nigel long to find the source of the problem in the room below. There was a loose socket in our sons room which could have been very dangerous and this was causing the socket upstairs to malfunction. On another occasion I had water pouring through the bathroom ceiling which Nigel promptly sorted before further damage could be done. His swift response and tidy working soon made a our bad situation all better. Nigel is so very friendly and polite and always turns up with a smile.
