Norfolk Manufacturing are a local family-run business that has been trading for over 15 years from our Gorleston based factory. We design, build and install bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, and worktops right here in Norfolk, using the finest quality materials from sustainable sources.
We pride ourselves in giving our customers the very best, making no concessions when it comes to the quality of the build. We take care of the entire process for you, from the initial design, to the build, and finally the installation.
You are consulted by us every step of the way to ensure that the end result is just what you had envisioned. You are also welcome to come and see your products being built. As well as residential work, we also craft and install our products for use in public sector buildings.
We are an effective team that takes great pride in our work, achieving desirable results with every project that we undertake. We always look forward to working with new customers, and bringing their dream kitchen, bedroom or office to life.

Barbara Oldham2 StarThe workmanship and carpentry was first class but unfortunately the wardrobe unit mirror soon blackened at the bottom. This was changed after NM consulted with their supplier, (photos were taken and a rep visited) but unfortunately same thing happened again. I have been told 'no can do' now as it must be my fault (which after spending £4000 seems poor after sales support). I have naturally googled the problem and it is due to a chemical reaction with moisture, but my home is not damp and this problem occurred early..3 months after a summer instillation. I can only assume the mirror seal is defective which has allowed moisture from the air to enter. I used a microfibre cloth and no chemicals. Have asked if I could have some edging applied for asthetic purpose but that was over 2 weeks ago and no email or call back. I've given up on them now.
Therefore I can only give the above rating as the after sales support has dwindled and I feel my luxury looking unit is unfortunately blighted. I do appreciate this problem can happen but isn't the art of good trade,keeping customers happy, and using interpersonal skills of reassurance and support. NM made me feel they got fed up with me and 'of all their hundreds of installations I was the only one with complaint' (the receptionists words)... should that be relevant, I had a product issue. I believe I'm an unfortunate statistic. Job done, paid up, made to feel a nuisance.Sunday 17th March 2019
