Poor show from these guys, customer took his car here under warranty from ourselves. the car was a Vauxhall Zafira which was currently under a recall with Vauxhall. The car was taken to Wilnecote Motors in Tamworth who duly replied in carrying out the repair free of charge as they should. Norris Bros decided they would charge for this service. This is simply unnaceptable. There are enough rip off garages around without the need for anymore. Shame on you Norris Bros, you should be ashamed of yourself. And now you have replied over 12 months later, Come on guys. A reply trying to rubbish us after this long???? Save your money.

Lived in tamworth for 45 years and never used them before, ( only to get smurfs in the 80s!)brilliant old school services. Very reasonable and nice to speak to the guy that actually looked after our car, will use again
