We received a very warm welcome from the manager and every member of her team, who we met when we made an initial visit. We were introduced to residents as we toured the home. We found it to be secure, quiet, very clean and residents rooms are very well furnished. We have received a lot of professional and personal support in helping us move my mother who required specialist dementia care nursing. Since her arrival at North Court we have been very impressed with the level of nursing care she has received as well as us being very well emotionally supported. The food looks and smells good too!!

We went to a number of homes to look at for my mum. because she needs more care than she is receiving at the home she is in at the moment. We found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and friendly. As well as very professional. The home can offer mum all of her needs, including nursing care. A lot of local nursing homes can't offer that. I hope that they can soon find mum a placement

Visited North court and met with activity staff who shared programme of upcoming events planned for residents in the home. Lots going on and families and friends invited to join in. Lovely warm welcome and obvious that home was committed to making a difference in lives of people living in the home. Lots of photos to look at of previous activities and events and now home is preparing for Bury in Bloom competition. Good luck to them.

Just poor communication and when my father died who was a resident a call from the manager might have been appropriate.
