Absolutely fantastic service, so grateful to the entire team for sorting me out with an emergency scan after all my other options failed. I was completely despairing until I spoke to the lovely reassuring lady on the phone, who arranged a phone consultation with the brilliant Optometrist who agreed to see me within the hour and did an amazing job with the scans and explanations. Popped in on the off chance, to get an eye test. Wonderful service from the get go! Managed to book an appointment later that day, old school personable customer service at its finest! Selected some sunglasses from their comprehensive range and they were ready for collection in just a few days. Independent eye care indeed - much better than the usual chains - keep up the good work!
