Avoid. Initially very responsive, collected a faulty dehumidifier from me in December to be repaired. I paid the £100 repair fee and haven't heard a whisper since, despite multiple voicemails, texts, and over a dozen emails. I've given them every chance to make this right, but clearly they only respond when they can get money out of you and not when they need to do some actual work. I'm not even convinced the address listed here is genuine. They told me they were based in Wymondham.

Avoid ! I purchased a washing machine listed as brand new from this trader. On unwrapping the machine it was obvious that the lid had been changed for a broken / scratched and used lid. Then repackaged. This is not brand new! On complaining I was told that once registered with the manufacturer then I could claim for a new lid under the manufacturers parts and labour warranty..! Totally incorrect and dishonest. Although the machine was sold at a good price it was still listed incorrectly as brand new and therefore mis sold. I asked for the £30 delivery fee to be reimbursed to enable me to source a new lid but they have ceased to communicate with me. Not trustworthy! Update: I never said the appliance price wasn’t good. My argument being how it was listed as brand new when clearly the lid was damaged and used. FYI No credit to my account of £30 has been made as at 28 April Still no £30 refund as at 15 th May. Total lies…. Reported to Authorities for Misdescription Thanks

Avoid at all costs, Tony CLIFTON attended my address very quickly for a leaking washing machine, charged me £92.92 to get a spare part and we haven’t seen him since, we’ve sent loads of messages with no response. The address isn’t even correct.

I should have read the google reviews… it’s exactly some of the pervious people have said … these respond quickly only when U call first time and when you pay them … you found out nothing was fixed and then you call them they don’t response in my case he responded after several calls and message …but very rude… I will recommend other people not to trust these people… my fridge is still in the same condition as before… Worst service Rude person

My fridge stopped working and phoned this trader at 8pm and he explained that I should try changing the fuse in the plug first ! Hey presto … problem solved ! Would recommend Norwich Appliance Services
