I cannot recommend her more, as we have had to make changes due to covid, and she was there to support and guide us, every step of the way. She is so passionate about what she does, and is always on hand with suggestions or recommendations. Paul M5 StarI've used Franky's services twice now , for holidays to NYC and to Malta , the latter , from which I've just returned . I like Franky because she listens to what you want and with both of my holidays , matched the spec with at least a couple of options , all of of which were pretty spot on. All of this is done drama free ; I've never had to chase her up or repeat anything ,she just gets on and arranges it , which is exactly what I wanted .
