They were due for collection after a week.
Went back to collect them a week and a day later at their stated opening time 8:30. They weren’t open.
Went back an hour later they were open, gave no excuse for not being open at 8:30 & my items weren’t there for collection.
Was promised they would have them there by 4pm that day. Went back at 4pm, they weren’t.
Good job I had a spare suit for the event I was going to that evening, which I told them I needed one of the pairs of trousers for.
Given a half hearted apology & charged full price. Offered a discount on my “next visit”, there won’t be a “next visit”.Saturday 18th September 2021
