Matt Wate1 StarPerception is not reality with this nursery unfortunately. Serious breaches followed by a recent Ofsted investigation. Having been told when looking at the nursery that there was new management and this was bringing all good changes we found the opposite to be true. First the deputy manager and our child's key worker left, then the manager, and more workers from other children's rooms, then followed by the new key worker for our child. Regularly the pictures of our child showed them to be looking bored, sat alone and with vacant tired expressions, when at home they are engaging smiling and active never sitting alone. Regularly on drop off all children of all ages where together with limited staff, breaching the Ofsted quotas. Our child was picked up straight after a meal but had filthy hands from playing outside that hadn't been washed. We were emailed to say that an internal review was happening to address shortages etc but in fact it was an Ofsted investigation following complaintsMonday 16th May 2022
Sam Page5 StarWouldnt move my son to another nurseryp if you paid me. My only regret was not enrolling my son years ago. BTW this review is written by a very protective, 'high expectations' dad and this place is absolutely brilliant.
Staff make the place, have no issues dropping my boy off, he looks forward to it.Friday 26th July 2019
