Yes, have a specifically adapted three-bedroom Select Lodge at Shorefield Country Park, as well as wheelchair-accessible Serene Caravans at both Oakdene and Shorefield Country Park. To find out more please see our accessible accommodation page and access statement.

Some of our other units are suitable for those with limited mobility. Whilst not specifically adapted for wheelchair users, our treehouses are accessed via a sloping timber walkway and have one downstairs bedroom (the other two bedrooms in Silvertree and Coppertree are located upstairs), making them suitable for those with reduced mobility. As our treehouses have not been specifically designed to cater for wheelchair users, they may not be suitable for those looking for fully accessible accommodation.

My family and I had a really nice time. The park was clean and tidy. As was the caravan, to my surprise. It was more upmarket than other caravan parks iv been too before. There were activities for the children but they were really aimed at older children whereas we had toddlers. The lesser star was because there was not a lot to do for the children and the activities I booked with the go active, 2 of them I paid for and had booking confirmations and reminder emails to attend but the go active team had no record of my bookings.

There was 5 of us for our 50th Girlie's birthday weekend, the site was lovely and clean, the staff in reception were fab! We had a drink in the club house was a little expensive but hey your on holiday! We also played the crazy golf which was good for an hours fun and laughter. The Caravan was clean and tidy but I do think that they could do a bit of a clean on the areas that you can't see all the time like under the sofas and beds,we only went looking as we kept loosing the ping pong balls when we were playing a party game. The site was nice and tranquil and the hot tub was great if like us you just want a chilled weekend away. We will be back next year!

This site is really no different to any other site, its dog friendly...there were dogs EVERYWHERE there is access to the forest with great walks but sadly there was "those" dog owners who allowed their dogs off the lead when it clearly states on a very large sign that all dogs must be on a lead and then there was the other sort of owners who didn't clear up after their dogs.... the swimming pools were great until the big kids who were unsupervised turned up, thank god for the life guards ,the food area was very restricted on its choice and very expensive but for an odd treat it was OK the kids entertainment was really only for the small children but the ax throwing day off site that my son and his children went on was fantastic and worth every penny, activities for children on site was £15 per child we had 9 with us so we didn't use the activities, everything was very expensive, we have actually decided to go on an all inclusive abroad next year as it works out a lot cheaper which is a really sad statement, this site really is lovely for small children especially if your not bothered about staying up for the evening entertainment, the site itself is beautifully kept and had some beautiful lodges on but watch out for the speed humps they are brutal and when the sun was low and in your face you can't actually see them until you have hit it !! We made some great memories on Bournemouth beaches they are beautiful and because there are so many of them they weren't packed we had plenty of space for us all to spread out. We won't go back to this site but to be honest we have never come across a site that we have wanted to go back to, this site is ideal is ideal for disabled users.

We had a lovely stay in one of the superior lodges. The lodge its self was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hub has a shop, small.arcades, bar, restaurant and swimming pool. The lodges are in the nicest end of the park and the hot tub is a real treat. We chose the park due to its proximity to paultons park. A couple of minor things that would make it 5 star. The bedrooms come as 3 twins and 1 double as a group of adults with small children in travel cots it would be nicer if you had the option to request these were doubles. The other thing is the pool is slightly chaotic with families and although the weather was glorious the outdoor pool was closed till the end of May. We also had a minor problem with water pressure in the lodge. Overall though a lovely stay and we would come again.

Stayed in caravan for 4 days during heatwave. Nice and clean caravan based near all amenities. No problems with anything and great WiFi. Will go again next year.
