A friend recommended Oakfield after using their Eastbourne branch and had a good experience. I contacted them along with other local estate agents with info on what I was looking for. All of them added me to a mailing list, but Oakfield were the only ones to actually follow up with me, find out what I need and help me in my search and purchase. Scott was really helpful throughout the process and continued to work hard to meet my needs when a property I went for didn't work out. He has been consistent, communicative and listens. It's rare to find compassionate and decent estate agents, but I found one here!

We had the pleasure of being helped by Casey, who was efficient and super lovely! We've been looking for a beautiful home for some time and the experience we've had with other estate agents have been really unhelpful and unsuccessful! I had explained our situation to Casey at oakfield and within 24hrs she had found us a wonderful and perfect property! She and her team was on hand every step of the way....they are very professional and on the ball, they certainly went above and beyond what I expected or have experienced in looking for and obtaining a property. My partner and I have been looking for a place in Hastings where we can live together for with my partner's son for some time now. We've had so much trouble with agents not replying to our enquiries, and telling us they'll let us know when properties become available but then never contacting us again. With Oakfield, and their fantastic agent Casey, its been a completely different story. We were able to discuss the challenges we've been facing and within 24 hours, Casey had identified a property that was just perfect for our needs and was able to give us the opportunity to express our interest in taking it. Since then Casey has been incredibly responsive, always getting back to us when we've had questions and even, I believe, working on her days off to help get our applications processed quickly. We're so looking forward to picking up the keys to our new place on Friday and can't thank Casey and the team at Oakfield enough for all their hard work and fantastic customer focus!

Tony Rodrigues and the rest of the staff at Oakfield have been very helpful with the sale of our flat. The have been sympathetic to our existing tenant through the whole process. And we have managed to find a buyer very quickly, and they will take the tenant on as well. Very pleased
