N A5 StarThe guy I spoke to on the phone was amazing and helpful. He talked me through what to do to get my laptop reconnected to the internet. He was on the phone with me talking me through solutions as a short term fix as need to have laptop to sort things out.
I will be getting them to properly repair laptop as was so helpful.

PTS Fitness Pilates classes Braintree5 StarI have had the most amazing customer service this last week with Adam Roberts. My computer would not allow me to log on and although Dell computers (which I have premium warranty with) were unable to fix the problem, Adam asked me to bring the computer to him and he kept it at his shop for a day or two and sorted it out. I was over the moon. The stress factor behind technology is incredible and Adam re-assured me that he would do his utmost to ensure that none of my documents would be lost. I picked up the computer today to find out that nothing had been deleted and Adam kindly went above and beyond customer service and installed a computer back up system File Fort and also set up idrive for me so my documents etc will always be safe. I can't thank Adam enough and would 100% recommend him to anyone who is having PC issuesFriday 18th November 2022
Ryan Kelf5 StarI contacted Adam as my Sony Vaio laptop had stopped working. Ran it round to him on Saturday morning where he diagnosed a faulty hard drive within about a minute. I left the machine with him and he replaced the faulty drive with a much better one and also installed windows 10, word, excel etc as part of the package. Very reasonably priced and the machine is back, faster and better than when new. All done within 24 hours and I’m delighted.
