Pieter Tritton4 StarA nice countryside pub with a lovely garden that had plenty of seating and a fantastic view across the Chalford valley and in to the distance. Good range of drinks and the food was fairly good home cooked fodder quite a lot of which was vegetarian. Good staff and friendly atmosphere. Dogs welcome which is always nice. Wilf Williams5 StarFirst time visit for a vintage bike rally. What a great pub with a good variety of ciders and beers. We didn't try the food but the menu looks great with good prices, very welcoming Happy staff. The location has stunning views, so perfect for a fine summers day.Saturday 18th June 2022

Gill Sermon5 StarFood was very nice - especially the fish and chips. Very reasonably priced too. Great to have a good and entertaining band on about 9pm even if all seats were taken. Was a tad loud up front and not much room to stand at good distance to also see the band, but we still enjoyed the evening.Monday 15th November 2021
