Sadly cannot be trusted. I decided to choose this company to replace a front door and cladding. Price was fairly average and agreed for the work in 4 weeks time. 4 months later the work was still not completed. Plenty of contact and reassurances that my door was on order and endless moving timescales. Ultimately it turned out no door was ever ordered and I had been lied to many times. I chased them every other week and kept being told they would send me the paperwork to sign but it didn’t come for 3 months… they then said they would get it sorted as a priority if I paid them. After chasing them for many months to pay them money, it was time to cut my loses and find another company. The next company I contacted quoted within days, secured a date for the work and provided the paperwork straight away. Don’t be fooled, this company is sadly dishonest and wastes your time with false promises and endless lies. I have never chased a company to pay them before… a strange experience. Clearly don’t want your business.

Would definitely not recommend using this company. Promised a lot but fitting was very poor and customer service is shocking - wouldnt come back to repair two serious faults (one the bifold door handle was under pressure from poor fitting and snapped, the other was a window which cracked from the fixing screw on the side of the window frame - 6 -8 inch crack snaking to the middle of the window!). Didnt even get responses to emails, when I called (which I did many times) they would give silly excuses like 'our internet was down' or 'Andy has been out'. Two years later no resolution. Will need to take to trading standards to get sorted :( STAY AWAY

Would highly recommend Omega. They have just replaced my old polycarbonate conservatory roof with new tinted glass, as well as replace the guttering and a window, with cladding underneath. The team were very hardworking and polite and left absolutely no trace at all. Best of all I can now sit in my conservatory even when it's snowing outside

Omega installed a front door for us 2 years ago. We were so impressed with the quality of the product, installation and customer service then that we had no hesitation in ordering our replacement windows through them too. From quoting to installation the process was efficient with excellent communication. The installers took care of our belongings and tidied up properly too. Many thanks.
