joanne atkinson1 StarShe sure is "One of a kind". Abuses staff in shops and throws her wait around when she cannot see a member of staff that she has not booked to see. Leaves Negative business reviews because she has a strop on and had to go home because she never thought to pick up the phone to book!. Very unprofessional and unfair lady. Go somewhere else for your jewellery as she does not refund her faulty goods!
