A massive massive thank you to Oscar at Os -carz for helping me fall back in love with my car!!! Not only did he diagnose the fault, he got me booked in at his earliest convenience and repaired the part and fixed the problem where other garages previously had just fobbed me off or couldn't work out what the problem was. My car is now driving better than it ever has since I have owned it, Os Carz service was brilliant, I am booking in my husbands car too for servicing, and tbh, I will not go anywhere else from now on! Thank you so much Oscar, you're the best!

Os-carz saved my car! The DSG controller in my SEAT Altea died. I was told by the dealership that it wouldn't be worth the repair as it would cost £2-3K, around the same value as the car. I phoned around and most places couldn't do the repair as it was a specialist job but I was finally recommended Os-carz by another garage. Oscar was absolutely fantastic and did the repair for under £1000! He also gave it a check and did some other repairs to make it safe for the winter. He even gave the car a wash which was a lovely surprise. Best garage I've ever been to and would highly recommend them.
