Absolutely outstanding customer service and I won't go anywhere else from now on. Phoned them this morning after a warning light appeared and they not only fitted me in this afternoon, but they provided a courtesy car so that my work this afternoon wasn't disrupted. I am a private carer and had visits to make, and none of my visits have been affected, meaning all my clients got their meals/meds and care. I'm quite nervous around people I don't know, and find garages intimidating. However, Mark was absolutely lovely and friendly, other staff all smiled and said hello and another chap even held the door open for me as I left. Mark very kindly helped me out a bit on pricing due to my job which was sincerely appreciated as the work that had to be done cost about half my months wages, so his gesture was so gratefully appreciated. My landy has got its 'nip' back and best of all, I haven't had to change or cancel any of my visits which was my biggest concern. I would go as far as to say that this has been some of the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Thank you Overland Vehicle Services for your efficient and kind help, and for enabling me to keep to my work commitments. I've used the main Land Rover dealership in KL and had dreadful experiences, but now I shan't go anywhere else. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Outstanding service. My range rover sport sat in another garage for three weeks with no progress on the fault it had displayed. I called overland and they fetched it that same day and had fixed it by 10am the next day!! My goodness if only I had know that they had a recovery vehicle. It would have gone there in the first place. It will In the future.

Very helpful, gave us a courtesy car, checked the whole vehicle before phoning for the go ahead to replace the part, genuine parts used.

Total rip-off. He charge me £30 just to roll my truck up and down the ramp all he did was shake my tires 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock. He did not mention that he was going to charge me nor did you tell me prices.for five minutes of looking at it the owner told him to charge me £30 which is half an hours worth of work. This person is taking advantage of the US military base near him . I would never go there if you're looking for Land Rover defender work specially Jackson or his prices on purpose for example for an engine swap he was charging about £4000 to one lady where I know one guy in Birmingham that does it for half the cost.total money reading monsters!
