A little bit slow getting the pizza into the oven (based on the online tracker) but the pizzas were lovely! The dough is quite squishy compared to other local pizza establishments (which I liked). Our pizzas arrived toasty warm. My first Papa Johns pizza and I was impressed.

Was going to leave 2 stars but since no one has had the decency to get back to me about my complaint, it's a 1 star from me. Really bad experience. Domino's is starting to look attractive again. Pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered and was cold. I left good instructions on how to find my house but the delivery person could not find it and called me several times, even putting a neighbour on the phone to help understand where I live. Weirdest experience I've had from a food delivery service. Wasted my money on cold pizza. Non existent complaints management.

Trash - Horrible soggy, undercooked pizzas. Called to get replacements, eventually managed to argue to success, but way harder than it should have been. The lady just kept repeating "The pizzas are always perfectly cooked" to me, as if it's my fault. Currently awaiting what hopefully will be fully cooked pizzas, we'll see if they show up.

I don't know what is wrong with the Droitwich branch but every pizza I have had from them has been tasteless and a waste of money. I was really looking forward to getting a Papa John's in town as its always been my favourite but I won't be using the Droitwich branch again. Sides are always undercooked too.

Absolutely shocking, 5 phone calls with a delivery driver and the food was 50 minutes late and stone cold. Apologies to my neighbours who had their doors knocked by the delivery driver looking for us and the person they stopped in the street. We are not difficult to find btw.
