Excellent service from Philip Parker and sons, from a quick call back from the office after an email in the evening, to a quick appointment to fix a boiler breakdown. Very friendly, efficient, and kept the relevant parts on the van which I must admit I was very surprised by as I've never dealt with a tradesperson that didn't have to just pop out to get a part! From the 15 heating engineers I attempted to contact, 2 weren't available but had the courtesy to reply, Philip Parker and one other offered attendance within a day, 11 did not respond to emails, voicemails or text messages. I would not hesitate to recommend Philip Parker and Sons to anyone in the Somerset area with a boiler breakdown or for servicing requirements, the engineer was so much more efficient than other companies I have previously used, very impressed. The cause of the breakdown was a faulty pressure switch, which was replaced and the boiler up and running again within 45 minutes. Outstanding, I will certainly be returning for future services and no doubt a replacement boiler in the new future as they did well to get her up and running again! Many thanks.

This company serviced and carried out repairs on my oil heating system. Part of this was a radiator repair. The people were polite and helpful. The radiator leaked again in the same place and I asked for them to repair it again. They did, and didn't charge me. However, when the fault returned for a third time, they refused to come back or keep me as a customer as i 'hadn't been happy' with their work. Shame, i'd have happily continued using them, but i guess the message is, don't complain!
