Leo Okocha5 StarI bought a Mercedes from Parkside Motors in August 2022, after initially viewing the car, they agreed to fix and replace all the defects I pointed out with the body work and interior as well as give the car a full service. When I picked up the car it did not have a spare key which they were unable to purchase from Mercedes but they promised to refund my expenses if I purchased the key myself. I got the spare key 3 months later and as soon as I sent them the invoice the cost for the new key was immediately refunded to me. The staff at Parkside were very professional, friendly and fully committed to customer satisfaction, their cars are also very reasonably priced, I recommend them and will purchase another car from them in future.Thursday 8th December 2022
Adrian Goold5 StarI arrived the car was ready to be test driven, it was during the cold snap but that didnt stop the staff coming out to make sure I had what I needed and to get the car out and warmed up for me.
I needed the car quickly and a fresh MOT was organised the very next day.. there was 1 small issue with the car which the garage without question agreed to cover the cost off.. the car was priced really well and has now been checked by my independent garage who advise it was a very good deal

I purchased a car with the standard "Holding Deposit" on it. This is a standard finance option car dealers use. I was concerned about this before the purchase, but I was assured that the finance would be cleared off once I purchased the car.
I trusted them and paid for the car, and yes, they provided me proof a few days later that the finance was paid off. I have also run an HPI check myself, and it's all clear.
So, I 100% recommend them. Friendly and professional service. They are really nice people as well.
