This is the worst garage you could possibly take your car to , very poor customer service and very bad at communicating, I had to be the one chasing them to find out the progress of my car and whenever i call them they tell me my car is ready . Why do i need to call them before they tell me my car is ready. I took my car because the engine coolant was leaking and causing smoke from my engine three times and to same garage . They keep charging me without actually fixing the problem. Please its an advice DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE !!

** IN RESPONSE TO RESPONSE** I actually have suffered a family bereavement and will be sending on invoices as the work you had done was not correct. I was sent here by my RAC cover for a coolant leak. I’ve contacted the garage and still had no contact regarding a complaint. The coolant issue has not been solved and I’m down £314 and now having to pay a further £200 to fix my car. I’m absolutely gutted and was surprised as the guys at the garage seemed nice as well, but was completed ripped off for the price of a coolant pipe, radiator flush and diagnostic. Not happy one bit.

Wish I could leave a lower score. They contacted me after I put an ad on wecanfixyoyrcar.com for a clutch replacement. They had the "garenteed fixed price" label yet they still found a reason to charge me a load extra. It seems there is one decent mechanic and all the others know how to do is opperate the card machine and sit on thier ****. When it came out (4days later than told) engine management light was on and they just cleared the code rather than fix it and of course it came back on the way home. Also parking sensors, rear tail light and reverse light plus a load of other things weren't working. Upon further inspection they had pulled some wires during the engine removal and broken them, the Evap cylinder had no hoses or power connection going to it and the bolts at the bottom of the clutch house looked like they were removed with thier teeth. Some of the housing bolts and engine bolts were also loose and not fixed properly so it rattled. Also (I know this is minor but thought I would mention it) 2 bottles of mostly empty aftershave, about 20 packs of chewing gum and loose change amounting to about £5 was missing. I obviously have no proof that it was them as it is my word against theirs and the total of what was stolen would only be about £30-40. Mostly arrogant, uncommunicative staff who don't call you (I had to chase to get a lead time etc) and want you in and out in as short a time as possible whilst charging the earth. I would waste your time. There are plenty decent garages about.

Rung this garage out of the blue in need for help. I was promptly passed on to their mechanic who turned out to be very helpful and assisted me remotely to sort out the issue (we had come back from a ten days holiday to find our handbrake completely stuck! Believe me I tried all I could think of to free the handbrake up). I was expecting them to come out and was ready to pay for their services but the advice provided on the phone helped us to sort the situation out. Luckily did not have to spend a penny (had already booked AA assistance for £268 and they warned of a 2 to 4 hours wait! I have been able to cancel since). 👍🏻Thank you guys, from me, my wife and my little 2yrs old boy! You saved our night.
