Michelle Stewart5 StarIt was a Sunday and my electric tripped. I tried to put it back on but couldn't. I rang Paul and he tried to explain on the phone what to do with the circuit board. Although he was having family time.. he took the time to come and help so I had electric back on. He explained the circuit board to me so I know what to do if it ever happens again. Nick Scott1 StarI cannot comment on the quality of work which may well be excellent. To be fair when calling I was told it would be a couple of weeks before he could come out. This was not ideal but no problem. When trying to arrange a time to come out and look at the job I mentioned we had a child with autism in the house so it is ideal to come at a time he is not there (as they struggle with visitors in the house). I was then told "in that case I can't help you mate" and he hung up the phone.Wednesday 12th February 2020
