I can't thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a full pack and move service.   We had our home packed and stored by Paul Simmonds, originally planned for a month but turned into six months. When we finally got our stuff back it was all in good condition and placed into the required rooms. From the quote meeting all the way through to the move itself - which involved a really tricky 'sofa though too narrow door' scenario (I can only assume they got the sofa through that doorway using magic powers). I used their packing service, which was a new experience for me, I don't think I'll go back to packing for myself again! 10/10   I was very impressed with the Paul Simmonds team's dedication and professionalism in relation to our move. They got the job done very efficiently, with everything in one piece at the end of the process, and were very pleasant to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.   Paul Simmonds provided a brilliant and friendly service from the initial visit through to the eventual move. They were the only company to offer us an 'economy move', as we only needed to get half-a-mile back to our newly renovated house. And while the price was economy, we were still treated as valued customers and helped in every way to have a successful move. We would definitely recommend them.   From the first contact the service I received was friendly and professional. Chris was very clear about what to pack and how best to pack it. The team showed up on time, did a great job and made our moving day enjoyable with no fuss. Highly recommended!   Chris and team were absolutely brilliant. They moved furniture to our new house and to storage on several occasions; it was not a straightforward move. They could not have been more patient or accommodating, and they were very careful with all our furniture and possessions. They even helped us move a couple of large items that we were disposing of out of the house. They were professional, punctual, polite and always extremely cheerful, we couldn't have done the move without them. We would highly recommend Paul Simmonds Removals.   The staff were extremely professional and made the two days they were with us go smoothly and quickly. Their packing service was professional and efficient and on moving day they worked tirelessly to ensure the whole move went to plan. Lovely staff, friendly and hard-working. Thank you for a great service. Will recommend.   Removal and storage of my mum’s goods and chattels was carried out with great professionalism and good humour. It was a long distance removal, and all went to plan on removal day, with the team very willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was well set up for mum. Would definitely recommend.
