At the heart of the UK’s largest port, and sitting within the Freeport East freeport zone, our warehousing facility at Felixstowe is home to portcentric activity and extensive expertise in e-commerce and e-fulfilment.

Suitable for both B2B and B2C businesses, we provide the largest warehousing and cross-docking facility in the area, helping to improve supply chains on both dedicated and multi-user platforms. With three separate warehouses totaling 450,000 sq. ft., on a site footprint of 800,000 sq.ft, we offer an efficient, tailored and scalable response to your needs. This allows customers to create a solution fit for purpose, bringing cost and time savings, while most importantly allowing your business to focus on its day-to-day activities and future growth.

Utilising 29 dock levellers in total, Felixstowe’s connectivity allows for access to all major roads north and south; making it a central hub and main distribution centre for any UK importer or exporter. We also offer direct rail connections from Felixstowe to Teesport, allowing for onward distribution into Northern England and Scotland with the help of our in-house logistics fleet.

Our site at Felixstowe also offers an off-quay lift and storage facility, on the doorstep of the Port, allowing customers to store containers whilst avoiding steep demurrage costs.

In-line with our strategy, our continued investment in technology across the business will allow customers to have clearer visibility of stock within our warehouse management systems. Our warehouse management system, JDA Dispatcher, ensures stock is where the customer needs it to be.

Through our dedication to providing a facility fit for customers, we were accredited with BRC Global Standard for storage and distribution of food.
