I used them in 2020 with Carl and again this year with Simon after renewing our mortgage. Just like Carl previously, Simon has been brilliant; we was in contact via email and he is quick and efficient, explaining everything along the way and keeping us in the loop throughout. He is so easy to communicate with due to being so friendly and patient. Mortgages can be daunting, but Pennine Mortgages make them feel like a breeze.
